Spring Break actually came during spring this year, but it didn't make it any less cold in TN. All the same, we had a great visit full of lots of family time, friend time, a trip to the zoo, and a very fun trip to Cheekwood to see the trains. We miss Nashville so much and it's always wonderful to go home.

Today was Aubrey's Easter Parade at her school. Since Little Miss Diva refuses to pedal her own bicycle (she prefers for someone to push her around on it), we sent her scooter. The class made Easter bonnets and she looked precious! She had a blast and kept saying, "This is fun, Mommy!" Andrew's class got to come and watch and Andrew was the best cheerleader, so excited for his little sister!

Today Andrew's class took the best field trip ever... to a Mexican restaurant! I'm not sure who was more excited, the children or the parents chaperoning! Andrew's best buddy, Owen, rode with us and they were too funny talking the whole way. The children learned to order tacos and water in Spanish and Andrew did actually sample his. It was lots of fun and I was happy to be able to go with him.

On Wednesday morning, Andrew's preschool class did a Bike-a-Thon to help raise money for children at St. Jude's hospital. Davis did this several years ago and it brought back such memories! Davis was flying by everyone and Andrew was ever cautious. Such different boys! The weather was perfect and Andrew was so proud of himself.

It was a bittersweet night Friday night as we watched Davis perform at his final belt graduation before testing for his black belt soon. To give you a sense of how long he has been doing this, Aubrey was 6 weeks old when he started and she will be 3 in July. Not only did he do a great job during his regular part, but he rocked his performance with his new group, Weapons! Davis had only been to two classes before performing Friday night and one of those classes was the night before! Way to go, Davis! We are so proud of you for staying strong and seeing this to the finish!

Aubrey was such a patient little girl today during her 1st haircut! She loved every minute of it and was so excited! Angie said Aubrey was one of the best behaved children she's ever seen. She even let Angie braid her hair and curl it with the curling iron when she was done! She looks so big and so adorable with her new haircut!
